Terms of Service
Please read this carefully and thoroughly. Agreeing to this means you're accepting my Terms of Service. Commissioned artworks are for PERSONAL USE only. Currently no commercial use, thank you!By agreeing to commission me, you as the commissioner accept my Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully and thoroughly! They are meant to act as clear and concise guidelines for both myself and the commissioner, such that full and honest disclosure is ensured between both parties.Violation of any of my Terms of Service will result in a ban from commissioning me again in the future.
Commission Info: I. Types
• Simple landscapes = $20 / 700 pesos
• Simple landscapes/background with 1 character (full body, no face) = $40 / 1,100 pesos.II. Orientation
• Landscape
• Twitter header - 1500px by 500px
• PortraitIII. Restrictions – I will not do the following:
• Animals
• Complicated Backgrounds
• Food
• MechaIV. Commission Process:
• If you're interested to commission me, please message me on IG, Twitter, or send me an email at [email protected]. Please note that commissions may take me 2 week – 4 weeks to do. Or even more. I will always update my clients about it, thank you for being patient!• I have the right to decline any commission requests. References are a must if there is a particular landscape that you want me to work on.• Without references: Please provide a detailed description of what you want me to work on. Please be thorough in describing what you want for your commission.• Once your request is approved, payment must be made upfront.• I will send an invoice and you can pay after.• I will send a sketch based on description / ref.• Once approve, I will start and render the piece.• I will send two final copies: 1) One high-res file without watermarks 2) A watermarked-piece that must be used when uploading it on any websites.General Information:I. Artwork / Image rights and Usage
• I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and usage. (No commercial use for now)• I reserve the right to display the commissioned piece on any of my websites with credit or not (if you refuse to).• Commissioners must not claim the artworks as theirs. • Commissioners must not distribute or sell the artwork in any forms. It is only intended for personal use such as printing the artwork for personal use, for a header, etc. • Commissioners may upload the artwork on any websites if it has my watermark on it and I am given credit for it. Always with credits. II. I reserve the right to decline any commission request.III. I reserve the right change my prices as I learn more. Of course, I will not change the prices of the current commissioned artworks.IV. I reserve the right to cancel or refund a commission at any time with prior notification to client due to rude/inappropriate behaviour or any kind of abuse.V. Commissions are non-refundable after I sent the sketch or the colored sketch.VI. If the client wants to cancel a commission, please contact me before I work on the sketch.VII. Rush Fee: 50% of the final rate.
VIII. Revision Fee: I allow 1 revision on the sketch process and another 1 revision on the rendering process. Beyond this will count as a redraw.
• A redraw of any type of commission will count as a separate commission and will be charged as such.
IX. Final piece: The final piece will be sent via email at its original resolution with no watermark (for personal use ONLY).
X. Commission turnaround is usually 2-4 weeks but also depends on the circumstance of the artist. Therefore, there is no absolute deadline, except for rush orders. Deadline for rush orders to be discussed by the client with me. By default, I take weekends off but I sometimes choose to continue working and I send updates to clients if necessary.
Payment:I. Payment is in USD or PHPII. Payment must be upfront. In case the balance exceeds $100, payment will be 50% upfront. The remaining balance must be paid before I send the final piece. The client has one week to make their 2nd payment.III. Mode of payment is either Paypal, Ko-fi, Gcash, or Bank Deposit. Please send me your proof of payment along with the username you used for sending a commission request.Terms and Conditions are based on Art of Kirin's TOS. The Atlas of Miles reserves the right for all artwork / digital products sold.The customer may not:
- Include the digital product they bought in portfolios, online shops, online pages, etc.
- Reproduce and sell the artwork / digital products.
- Modify, edit, and repurpose the artwork / digital products.
- Claim the artwork / digital products as their own work.The digital products sold are for PERSONAL USE only.
